I'm a customer success director, and believe it or not, I've never really been a customer success manager. And the only reason that this is even possible is because the people who hired me did a look at fancy words in my resume and only evaluated me and judged me based on my skills and capabilities. And this is something that is actually being reflected in the way we're doing hiring processes today and the way that I'm interviewing candidates for my department, the customer success. And I feel like all of the managers here at ORCA feel like they have the ability to influence hiring processes because our voices truly matter. And we can knock on the COO's door or go to HR and speak up our minds and say what we feel should be the case. And if they agree with us, we can make it happen much easier than what usually happens in larger corporations. So if you wanna be judged by your skills and capabilities and you want your voice to be heard, come work for ORCA.
