Orca AI is looking for an experienced Global Talent & HR Partner who wants to expand their impact beyond Talent Acquisition and grow into a broader People role.

You will lead global recruitment across Sales and other GTM functions while taking an active role in supporting our growing international organization. This is an opportunity to use your recruitment expertise, work closely with business leaders and help build the HR practices that support Orca AI’s next stage of growth.

You will join a small, experienced HR team and work directly with the VP HR. The role combines hands-on global hiring with exposure to onboarding, employee experience, manager support, performance and other core HR processes.

What You Will Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for global Sales and other GTM roles
• Build proactive pipelines and engage high-quality passive candidates
• Partner with managers to define roles, assess talent and make strong hiring decisions
• Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer
• Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes
• Support global employees and managers across key stages of the employee lifecycle
• Help build and improve onboarding, engagement and performance processes
• Contribute to broader People, culture and employer-brand initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, with proven success hiring Sales talent
• Experience sourcing and recruiting across international markets
• A strong understanding of GTM roles and what makes a successful commercial hire
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
• A genuine interest in developing broader HR and People Partner experience
• Comfortable building processes in a fast-moving startup or scale-up
• Proactive, practical and highly accountable
• AI Savvy - a builder and force multiplier
• Excellent English

An Advantage

• Previous exposure to HR, People Operations or employee support
• Experience working with global employees or EOR providers
• Experience with Comeet, HiBob or similar systems
• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI or deep tech
