A lot of people ask me, "What's unique about the culture at Orka AI?" I think there's something in the energy here. The fact that we know that we're doing something special and we're making a change. As VPHR at Orka AI, it's something that you feel in the energy. When you walk through the corridors here, when you speak to people, there's a feeling of we're doing something different. Orka AI is revolutionizing the shipping industry. When I explain to people what we're doing, they go, "How has this not been thought of before?" I think there's a strong vision from the leadership, from the co-founders. I think ultimately, people are the engine of change. And we're looking to build a team to bring the right people in to make that impact happen. There's a feeling of transparency here, which ultimately, I think, is built by the integrity and trust that we're creating here as part of the culture at Orka AI. When we're looking to hire people to build the team, I'm not looking for people who are the same as me. I'm looking for people who are able to build on to what we've got and take Orka AI to the next level.
